一、资格要求

（1）净资产：最少50万加币

（2）最低投资额：25万加币，若投资在温尼伯都会区；

15万加币，若投资在温尼伯都会区外；

（3）年龄：无年龄限制，但是只有25-49岁有分数

（4）学历：最低高中

（5）所有权：必须大于33.3%

（6）管理经验：5年内有3年的企业主经验或高级管理经验；

（7）语言：最低CLB5

（8）商务考察：建议非必须；MPNP办公室每个月都会有投资移民宣讲会，可以报名参加。

（9）生意：非禁入清单：物业管理/出租业务/借贷业务/小型旅馆/彩票站/出租车业务/自雇卡车司机等。

二、申请流程

2. 提交EOI

3.所需资料清单：

（1）商业概念表格 Business Concept Form

（2）自我评估表格 Self-Assessment Form

（3）MPNP行为准则 MPNP Code of Conduct

3. 收到LAA 提交申请

（1）您会收到一封LAA

（2）不需要无抽签，收到EOI申请满足要求后4周内处理申请。如果申请通过，会签发ITA（a Letter of Advice to Apply）。

4.工签支持信申请工签

（1）根据官方清单提交申请，必须提交附录2支持信文件的所有内容

（2）提交时限：60天

（3）申请费：2,500加币，申请费不退换

（4）签署Business Performance Agreement 生意履责协议

（5）收到省政府签发的工签支持信

5.到达曼省履行承诺

（1）入境后30天内需要和MPNP移民办公室报备

（2）MPNP官员可以提供生意投资的指导

（3）两份阶段性投资报告：

第一份报告：入境后6个月

第二份报告：不晚于入境后20个月，一般生意运行12个月可提交报告

（4）达到运营要求提交省提名

6.省提名信提交联邦PR申请

（1）收到MPNP提名信

（2）准备材料向IRCC提交PR申请，审理周期是1-3年不等；
