一、基本概念
工作许可，学习许可，TRV都属于临时居留签证，而PR属于长期居留签证
二、临时访问签证重点关注的三个核心点
1.逾期滞留
（1）对于临时拘留签证的规定：IRPR 183(1)
（2）对于学签，旅游签，工签的分别规定
a.TRV: IRPR 179 (b) will leave Canada by the end of the period authorized for their stay
b.Study permit:IRPR 216 (b) will leave Canada by the end of the period authorized for their stay under Division 2 of Part 9;( PART 9:Temporary Residents)
c. Work permit: IRPR 200 (1) (b) the foreign national will leave Canada by the end of the period authorized for their stay under Division 2 of Part 9;

3.访问目的 Purpose of travel
旅游，学习，工作，探亲，访友等
如果学签拒签是因为purpose of travel，基本上要看study plan是否genuine或合理，为什么不在中国读，要在加拿大读，是否和申请者的过往职业和教育背景有关系，对未来职业的帮助。
三、向签证官阐述三个核心点
1. 逾期滞留-Intention to departure
(1) Non-accompanying family member(s) outside Canada 家庭成员
• Spouse, children, parents, siblings
(2) Family members in Canada 是否有家庭成员在加拿大
(3) Assets: properties, investments/holdings, vehicles, etc 资产证明
• Lease agreements
(4) Educational history
(5) Employment history
Job waiting for FN abroad (if applicable) 返回国内有工作机会
停薪留职更有说服力
(6) Scholarships requiring return to home country 比如国家留学委基金会
(7)Prior travel history and history of compliance with immigration laws of other countries 旅行历史
(8)Visa refusals 是否有拒签记录
(9)Status in country of application 公民身份，还是临时身份
(10) 自己有公司在国内
(11) 养老金等

2.2 学签：根据IRPR 220
IRCC对于学签资金证明的规定：
主要分为三部分：
整理资料的时候先放最主要的来源，再放次要的；
3. 访问目的 Purpose of travel
TRV：旅行目的（旅游，陪读，探亲，访友），旅行计划，资金预算，过往旅行历史
工签：访问目的，旅行历史
学签：学习计划，旅行历史等
