加拿大学签资金证明准备多少合适？

在工作中，我接触到很多申请人因为资金证明问题导致拒签，来找我review申请材料的，

大部分人都会有这样的疑问：

我提供了100万人民币资金证明，为什么会因资金不足被拒？

我爸妈给我提供了200万人民币定存，为什么拒签原因也是资金不足？

我个人总结归纳是，大部分申请人并不是因为资金不足，而是没有从移民法角度向签证官解释清楚，自己有足够的资金支持自己的学习，也可以理解为“资金解释不足”

那么，我的资金证明应该写多少才能让签证官满意？是不是越多越好？

这就需要我们了解一下移民法IRPR220的法条概述，

Financial resources

220 An officer shall not issue a study permit to a foreign national, other than one described in paragraph 215(1)(d) or (e), unless they have sufficient and available financial resources, without working in Canada, to

(a) pay the tuition fees for the course or program of studies that they intend to pursue;
(b) maintain themself and any family members who are accompanying them during their proposed period of study; and
(c) pay the costs of transporting themself and the family members referred to in paragraph (b) to and from Canada.

根据学习许可审理guide，我们把资金要求分为三部分：

1.学费：第一年的学费；

这里有一个普遍的误区，签证官看的不是总学费，而是第一年的学费数额，和学制几年不相关；

Students are required to demonstrate financial sufficiency for only the first year of studies, regardless of the duration of the course or program of studies in which they are enrolled. For example, a single student entering a 4-year degree program with an annual tuition fee of CAN$15,000 must demonstrate funds of CAN$15,000 to satisfy the requirements,

2.生活费：20,635加元/人次，25,690加元/2人次，31,583加元/3人（魁北克之外）
